Hello David and all,

I expect TD's mixmaster to be merged soon back into trunk and decided
to shuffle methods/functions around, group them and update POD.

David, please merge back into mixmaster after review.

Other than changing the indentation in some of the examples, it looks
fine, a much better organization of the documentation. I'll merge it
into mixmaster. Thanks.
